Ontario Kobras to Field Teams Across CPBL Prospect and Premier Divisions in 2027

The Canadian Prospect Baseball League (CPBL) is pleased to announce that the Ontario Kobras Baseball Club will join the league in 2027, bringing a strong and competitive organization with a commitment to player development to the CPBL.

The Kobras will field teams in the newly formed CPBL Prospect Division at the 14U Minor, 15U and 16U age groups.

In addition, the Ontario Kobras will enter teams in the CPBL Premier Division at the 13U, 14U Major, 16U and 18U age groups as Provisional Members.

The Ontario Kobras Baseball Club is committed to developing complete athletes through elite coaching, competitive opportunities, and a culture built on accountability, respect and hard work. The organization’s mission is to prepare players for the next level of baseball while helping them grow as leaders both on and off the field.

The addition of the Ontario Kobras provides the CPBL with another organization focused on maintaining the league’s standard of player development and competitive excellence. The Kobras have established a strong reputation for competing at a high level in tournaments throughout Ontario and across the United States.

Their entry into the CPBL not only adds another highly competitive organization to the league, but also creates meaningful opportunities for talented players throughout Central Ontario to compete against some of the province’s top amateur baseball programs.
