CPBL Announces 2026 18U Award Winners

The Canadian Premier Baseball League (CPBL) is pleased to announce the introduction of its Most Valuable Player, Hitter of the Year, Pitcher of the Year and All-CPBL Selections, recognizing players who distinguished themselves through their performance during the CPBL season.

These honours were determined through a vote conducted by representatives of CPBL member organizations. Each member organization was given the opportunity to participate in the nomination and voting process, providing clubs with a direct role in recognizing the players they felt had the most outstanding performances this past season. 

The process was designed to provide league-wide recognition while ensuring that the selections reflected the collective perspective of the CPBL’s member organizations.

The All-CPBL selections and subsequent award winners recognize players who demonstrated excellence throughout the season, including their performance, consistency, competitiveness and impact on their team’s success.

The CPBL congratulates all of the players selected to the inaugural All-CPBL Teams and recognizes all players who competed throughout the season.

The league looks forward to continuing the All-CPBL tradition in future seasons as another way to recognize and celebrate the outstanding players competing in the Canadian Premier Baseball League.
