CPBL Alums Cassie and Black Named Top International Prospects

CPBL Alumni Tyler Black and Owen Caissie have been named two of the 10 International Prospects at MLB's Spring Breakout event. 

Black, (Milwaukee Brewers-Toronto Mets 2018) and Caissie (Chicago Cubs-Fieldhouse Pirates 2020) have been ranked 6th and 7th respectively

According to MLB.com;

 MLB Spring Breakout is a four-day event showcasing baseball’s future: the current stars of Minor League Baseball. The inaugural edition will be held from March 14-17, 2024, at Grapefruit and Cactus league stadiums during Spring Training. A series of 16 exhibition games will be played between teams comprised of each MLB organization’s top prospects, creating a new touchpoint on the baseball calendar that celebrates our sport’s budding talent.
