Canadian Premier Downs GRB Rays National In Jupiter
Canadian Premier built a 5-run lead in the fourth inning and then held off GRB Rays National 2026 comeback attempt for a 7-6 victory on Saturday.
GRB opened the scoring in the first after an RBI single.
In the bottom of the first inning, Canadian Premier took the lead after Robert Omidi doubled to right field, and Zach Barker singled to center field, each scoring a run.
Canadian Premier tacked to their early lead in the bottom of the second with an Elliot Lascelles two RBI double, and Omidi plated another with a single for his second RBI of the day.
Canadian Premier added one run in the third after Matthew Kolodziej got an RBI of his own on a fielder's choice.
Lucas St Laurent started on the mound for Canadian Premier. The pitcher allowed two hits and one run over two innings, striking out three and walking one. Gavin Campbell pitched one inning of shutout ball for Canadian Premier in relief. The righty surrendered zero hits, striking out two and walking none.
